The dryers we offer and manufacture reflects our dedication to plastic pelletizing field in which our sales records of dryers reaches up to 400 nos worldwide. Made of stainless steel, our dryer with a built-in pre-dewatering vibrator is duct-connected with air suction blower and vent blower which ensure pellet moisture content less than 0.1% as lowest. As moisture content remaining in pellet surface is important in pelletizing process, this unique design of pre-dewatering vibrator is integrated before dryer and works as pre-dewatering unit and slurry carrier. Further, field collected statistics proves that pre-dewatering vibrator plays an important role in transporting pellet and in lessening moisture content.
